AerTABLES With Integral High Efficiency Self-Cleaning Jet Pulse Cartridges.
The ATC series models provide the high efficiency of cartridge filtration incorporated into a rugged constructed downdraft velocity air bench table. tha ATC series Air TABLES are suitable for dry buffing, grinding, polishing, sanding soldering, TIG and MIG welding applications.
Aercology Electrostatic Precipitators draw contaminant laden air such as smoke and fumes through the prefilter into the high density ionizing field, which charges dirt, regardless of particle size. These charged particles are then stripped from the air moving through the unit and are collected on the large capacity cell. To further insure efficiency, a post-filter is provided to entrap any particles which might escape the cell plates. Now contaminant-free air moves through the blower assembly and is returned to the plant through the 4-way adjustable louvres.

Aercology dust / smoke collectors represent a significant improvement in dust / smoke filtration technology, providing a compact, modular and inexpensive solution to in-plant dust / smoke control problems. Economical to operate and simple to maintain, they require minimum floor space. The unique bag rack filter module is easily removed allowing for quick replacement.
Modular Media FiltrationAercology's modular line of bag and cartridge type media filters are available from 500 to 36,000 CFM and offers a range of standard filter elements, all designed to meet specific source capture requirements formist, smoke, dust and odor. By combining a variety of specific filter modules in one unit, these systems can provide solutions to many air contaminant problems. A typical system incorporates a series of disposable or cleanable pre-filters, a disposable vee-bag or cartridge filter. HEPA or carbon final filter modules can also be added. Various models are available, including free-hanging or ducted installations, vertical or horizontal mounting, and fixed or portable configurations.

A variety of ducting techniques can be used to bring the air intake directly to the work site. Ideally extraction devices are mounted directly on the machine, or portable filtration devices are brought to the work site. For greater economy, two or more machines-sometimes even a whole shop-can be ducted to a single filter system.
Hard ducts, flexible hoses and/or flexible mechanical arms conveniently pick up dirtly air at the machines. Collection hoods may be of standard design or part of the machine(s) enclosures. Flex hoses may be connected directly to the filter system or to hard duct to carry contaminate air to the filtration device.
Dual pick-up systems such as the CF-3000 Series overhead cartridge filtration system provide an economical solution for source extraction from multiple workstations. The WA-1000 Series WeldAIR portable air cleaners bring source collection directly to the work site.
